Heated/Ventilated seats retrofit
I received a letter from GM stating that the retrofit for my 2022 ZL1 was now available and was instructed to make an appointment with the dealer. I showed up for the appointment and I was told that the part would have to ordered.… Wasted time.
I took the car back when the part was available. After 1/2 a day, I was informed that the car was ready. Before leaving the dealership, I checked the functionality of the seats. The heat/ventilation function was inoperable. Neither of the lights for heat nor cooling were working. I went back in and was told that they have had this issue only with Camaros. I waited for them to “undo” the retrofit. They have no answer at this time as to what the problem is. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? |
