It's either a wrap or he had it painted. My guess is a wrap.

I believe based on his Sig it is an SS - not a Z/28. Looks like he has added a lot of Z/28 parts to it and in that color it does look great!

Ahh, I see that now. I just assumed that it was a Z/28 since he posted in the Z/28 Section and added a bunch of Z/28 bits to his SS, in order to make a replica. Yes, a '15 Green Flash Ed. is what we're seeing here.
