ZL1 spoiler damaged from hitting parking curb

Does anyone know if this can be polished out? You can see the white stress marks on the plastic. Any help would be appreciated. I couldn't find any other links on this issue.
Thanks in advance.

That looks tough to fix, I don't think it can be fixed to ever look OEM again..... A replacement front splitter is fairly cheap. Sorry I don't have a part number but I believe they are around 160-200. Sorry I can't be more help

No, the lower section can just be replaced.

Replace part from GM is only around $110. Just replace it.

This is all very good info. Thanks for all your valuable input. If it's that cheap to replace it then it's not that big a deal! I'm worrying for nothing then. Thanks for the help everyone!

Carefully hit it with a heat gun or torch and the white will go away. Then if you still don't like how it looks or you hold the heat too long and ruin it, just replace it.

Buy one from your local dealership that gives you a discount and you can likely get it for around $110 or so. AND FREE SHIPPING TO YOUR DEALER.

Shipping costs will kill you buying online, and you will pay more than MSRP at the dealership. It's only $160.21 full price from GM. Shipped from gmpartsdirect.com it's $222.43.

I can tell you I took a little piece out of mine about 4 months ago and I filled it in with a plastic filler , sanded it and painted it will a flat black spray can paint and it matched and looked like new. no way you could tell the difference. So with that in mind, ask yourself this, What does it hurt to try? if you try it and fail, well then you going to replace it anyways .

Fantastic advice guys! Maybe when I take the old one off I will experiment with the heat gun, filler and paint. I went down and ordered it today. Cost me $205.00 Canadian, that's about $153.00 U.S. Would anyone know where to find the instructions on how to remove the lower grille and the side rockers? Thanks goes out to those of you guys who have dedicated your lives to the ins and outs of our Awesome machines.
