Does anyone know if we can put a trans in on a quick jack. ie will it be high enough off the floor?

Bump To Top Please - Quickjack

I would also like to know if the engine cradle can be dropped and rolled out from under the car with a quickjack. I realize it depends on the placement platform but I would still be interested. |

Not a Camaro but I helped a friend drop the front cradle with engine and trans on the older quick jack on a 2017 Mustang GT. We also dropped the tranny again after reinstalling the engine tranny and cradle because the new clutch was bad on the same quick jack.

nprario: And you were able to move the entire engine and cradle from under the car with no obstruction?

I think that the motor measures more than 24" and that's how high the Quickjack lifts the car.

Yes we were. We used an engine lift along with a couple of floor jacks. To clarify we pulled it out the front not underneath the quick jack. The entire front of the vehicle was removed leaving the rest to roll out forwards.
