gen6 auto trans troubles?

when i got the 5th gen i thought a 6 speed auto was plenty. after 50+ years i kinda think cars are overly complicated go figure. 8 speed and now 10 is pushing it and apparently it was and is. GM has now twice claimed design flaws as not covered under warranty WTF.
i wouldn't be surprised to see problems with the 10 speeds.
i actually like my 5th gen shifting into gear aggressively at times.
