Could you just cut a slim "cap" or lid from some sheet plastic and slap it on top of the gap with some double-sided tape? Maybe radius it a bit and vinyl wrap it?

Not sure what else you could do after painting...

thats a possibility but i'm trying to make it look like its supposed to be that way, trying to make it blend in if that makes any sense.

Half the good news.. I popped in the shop unannounced cause I thought if I called they would just give me the run-around. They had this one ready and the other one was getting repainted because the dude didn't like the way one corner came out so shout out to that guy. Picking up the other one tomorrow

Okay sooooo they're installed. Pretty easy, the hardest part is taking the old ones off. Broke a few clips cause I got impatient again. Hopefully the broken prices that stayed inside the holes don't rattle. It's wayyyyy easier to pull all the clips on the rockers first and then pop evrything into place. I tried leaving the bottom clips on the car but it just wasn't working out so I took them out. I'm pretty happy with them. The gap isn't that bad, you have to be within 5 ft of the car to even notice it. Covering it up should be easier than I thought. There's only one thing that's bothering me a tiny bit... the color doesn't match 100%. It's a bit lighter but you can't really tell in the pictures. They're already on and I don't wanna take them off again so if anybody has any idea of what to do to make it less noticeable , I'm all ears. Like a sticker maybe or something to distract the eye away from it..

That looks amazing! I hope ACS or some other company makes side rockers that match these. That is definitely the best style I have seen. You might be able to cut out a piece of glossy black plastic and glue it into the gap
