Funny story for those who obsess about the appearance of their car:
Yesterday morning I backed the car out of the garage to give it a wash. As I was getting things together a neighbor walked by and commented about how nice and shiny the car looks after a wash.
I looked her in the eyes and said “I haven’t started yet”.
The look on her face was priceless.

I have to ask , did she come back later to see it after the wash?
Every time I wash mine if somebody walks by they say “nice car” .
Last year a young guy walked by as I was getting out of the car and asked me how much it was because he wanted to buy one to impress the lady’s. I told him look for a used one to save himself some money. I never seen him around after that always wondered if he got one.

She didn’t come by later. But she’s seen the car plenty of times before. If she thought it looked nice before I washed it, she probably wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.
