Seems like a larger footprint for each of the vertical supports would spread the load across a wider area and maybe help prevent the denting you guys are seeing. Also, may want to check the angle of the wing now that the rear supports have sagged a bit. I don't know what the angle is for these things when everything is lined up properly, but seems like the difference in height would affect how much downforce you are seeing.

Guessing welding dowl to support all three layers worked for me to minimize.

Dent is small enough that its will not affect anything that I will notice.

Oh I am set in middle position...you?

I have mine set from from only 1 down from most flat setting. I think larger base plates would def improve things- my other APR wings have had base plates atleast twice the size. Either way will be figuring something out this winter.

Top speeds of around 155-157 at RA and VIR. I added 60hp but the extra drag of front splitter and wing seem to negate any benefits haha.

My top speed hasn't decreased as much as would have thought. Carrying more corner speed and getting to WOT faster.

Any thoughts on reaching out to a custom fabricator to make new mounts?

For my turbo Miata I have an APR GTC250 wing with custom mounts and endplates from a company called Singular. It’s a specific width, and mounts that fit on the “pinch welds” of the trunk, so its stronger. See the link below. I don’t see a reason why this couldn’t be done for the Camaro as long as you get proper measurements.

Best buddy is excellent fabricator and he tyied in all trunk lid layers together with dowels.

I will call Ryan @ APR and see if they are willing to make larger pedestal for larger footprint.

My trunklid has not "compressed" any more since initial "compression"

This guy is local to me and considered to be the best in the industry. He is a one man band and is almost impossible to start a new project or should I say new vehicle project.
He is known in the BMW and Porsche world as the best.

Good guy to deal with. Tell him you seen my set up.
Get the front splitter too to keep car balanced.

I was going to add the ASC splitter, if I'm going big, might as well go the biggest.

Rigidity is more important.
Strongly recommend bumper lip Splitter Strut Tie Bar Support Rods. Without itll be dragging plus wont help downforce. Mine reaches and mounts far underneath the car to the front of the wheel well arches.

Look at their ZL1 1LE splitter, it's a lot different than the one you posted.
