If its not asking for more fuel then there isnt anymore air aka: boost coming in.

The only reason why I mention that is because after changing to the 8.0 lower with a new belt I noticed hearing a bit of whine a few weeks later. Really enjoyed the whine but knew it wasn't right. Sure enough it was the tensioner bearings.... when replacing it's a lot cheaper to buy the bearings vs Whipple selling you a new pulley @ 170 plus shipping.
Where can I get the tensioner bearings? Do you have a link you can share?

It's been a while but searching through my emails I found the below is what I was searching for on Amazon in 2019. NACHI was definitely the brand but I would have to take a picture of the existing Whipple bearings (and zoom in) to see the lettering/numbers again on the orange cover of the bearings to validate. I haven't had an issue since but I don't drive it as much these days because I've gone through 2 meth pumps and need another one.

Just installed a Griptec 3.25 and no slip here. Making about another 1 psi over my Griptec 3.375. Still using the supplied K1080016 belt.

Hitting 10.5psi peak, 9.5psi average on a 84 degree day. Not enough fuel for E60 but have enough for E50.

No Meth, LT4 injectors, LPE DI pump, LT4 low side with JMS.

I haven’t. Looks like he hasn’t been on the board since January... I think I have his email so I’ll send him a note and see what he’s up to.

How does it pull with 1 more psi with less e85? Do you get same timing on E60 vs E50? Also any draggy hits or times?

When I ran 10.5 @ 135 on dragy that was with E50. The timing difference is about .5 degree but I have ran the same timing(20) @ E80 vs E50 and there wasn't any KR.

No I haven't dragy tested with the 3.25, I just put it on yesterday and I will wait until the conditions are similar.

Comparing log data from the 3.375 to the 3.25 in the same temps(80-85) from a couple hits I made the 3.375 would hit about 1.39-1.40 g/cyl and 80-81lb/min on the MAF. With the 3.25 it's hitting 1.43-1.44 g/cyl and 83-84lb/min on the maf. That is with both pullies on E50 and 18.5-19 degrees of timing.

It feels like it hits harder and the bottom of 5th pulls better.
