Shudder when in V4 mode
Recently I swapped my 2.77 diff on my 2016 V6 with a 3.27. Sometimes with the 2.77 I was experiencing shudder, but it was not that often and noticeable. After the swap and the Overkill tune on the engine and transmission, every time the engine goes in V4 mode there is a horrible shudder, I got a tune, which disables the V4 mode and I haven't felt it so far.
The question is, why I feel the shudder only in V4 mode? Does that mean that the problem will get worse with time and start to feel even in V6 mode? The car is at 40k miles. |

Mine does it too. Seems abundantly common on these cars, and from what I've seen it won't get worse on its own. The shudder is something else entirely

Is it possible this to be happening because I need to change the tranny oil soon?

Well the shuddering will get worse as the current fluid and as the torque converter wearing down

Same issue shudder in V4 mode
I had the same issue on the highway when the car would go from V8 to V4 mode the car would shudder only after i had been driving for awhile . I had a Chevy dealer do the newest fluid flush and the car no longer has a shudder issue for about 2 months now.
