The upper grille on the V6 / RS has that weird Mazda smile look going on. I don't love the redesigned SS either, but I'd take that over the goofy smile.

I hate that more than the flowtie cutout, which is hideous to begin with. |

The Mazda is grinning at how the '19 looks!

...damn it. I hate to admit it, but the photoshops of the SS with the center bar painted body color and the flowtie moved up into the top grill actually does look good. Such a minor change and yet it does so much. I personally like the ones that still have that crease in the middle of the center bar. For example, that Garnet Red one. Especially with that front splitter. That looks pretty good.
Chevy always seems to offer a second, optional grill for the Camaro. I don’t think it would be hard for them to make these body color painted solid center bar version the standard grill, and their ugly...I mean...uh...”unique” version the optional “Transformers Edition” grill. The LT in my opinion is also awful, and I have yet to see any version of those that look good. The weird taillights and pinch in the buttcheeks on the rear are terrible, and I don’t know what they can do about that.

I'd be shocked if an aftermarket company doesn't release an overlay for the black SS crossbar pretty quickly after release. Order it in the matching color, and done. Or order it to match your stripes or vynil etc

Agreed. I also think that aftermarket companies will be really busy making ZL1-style front ends.

I like your renders in photos 2, 4, and 6 the best. The thinner bumper cross-member, especially body-color, ties well with the ZL1. And in photo 6, I like how you brought the blue color down breaking up that sea of black mesh. Furthermore, it ties in better to the ‘16-‘18 fascia. This is pretty close to what I had thought the design would look like. Great job! I wish you had been the designer.
