Rc components drag pack??

Anyone have a rc components drag pack set up. They look really good especially with the price. I want to order the rear 17x10, just wondering if anyone has run them on here and how well they worked

I’m in the market for a drag pack and have looked at them too. Maybe someone has bought a pair.

I’ve also been looking at Weld Belmont.

I bought Forgestar F14 and MT ET Streets, but there's a lot more to drag packs when it comes to suspension

Welds obviously are a good choice just looking for a little more of an affordable option

Forgestar makes the F14 not Weld.

Weld makes a flow forged option that is less than half the price of forged S series.

The Belmont, Ventura, and Laguna all fall under that category.

Duly noted. The Forgestar F14 Drag Pack Wheel 17x10 weighs 16# versus stock of around 28 [I think]

Nice weight savings. What backspace did you get on them?

7.25 backspacing for the rear and I can’t remember the front but ask them they will give you the right one for the 6th Gen .

Hmmmm, have you weighed them yet? Because another member has weighed the front 18x5 VMS drag wheel, and it was 21 lb, meaning kind of heavy for a skinny drag wheel. Therefore I'm skeptical that the VMS is as light as the RC Components is.

We know that the subject of this thread (RC Components) weighs 20 lb for the 17x10 rear with 7.25 backspace, which is very decent IMO, particularly for under 700 bucks a pair. Same guy reported in this thread that the 17x4.5 front skinny from RC Components was just 16 lb.
