Me either. They engineer that out.
But an abnormal situation can introduce a resonant frequency.

I'll take a guess and agree with the wheel balance being off. I've had this in a car (an old Buick Century 20+ years ago) where everything was fine until you hit a certain speed. For me it was 60mph then the car became almost uncontrollable. Lower speeds the car handled just fine.

but i think the part that everyone is ignoring is that i can be going 65mph and once i let off the gas completely and let it cruise, the vibrating goes away. why would it drive completely normal once i let off the gas 100% if the tire\wheel was messed up?
and for all I know, it mightve not even been a pothole, it was dark.. I accelerated from 0 mph quickly, heard a bang noise less than a second later, then noticed this shaking\vibration minutes later

A bang noise can be something else. (If you would describe it like a Neutral Slam, like the RPM's went up the car didn't move much if at all, then bangs into gear)

One of two things that I know of.

There is a TSB regarding bang noise that isn't transmission shudder but still related to the Transmission.

The other thing happened on my 2007 IMpala SS, but did it from very low speed and light throttle... Which the only thing I didn't check was the drive shaft.

So that other TSB is referring to a crankshaft bearing, but the symptoms aren't the same, as for that TSB it would be first gear and reverse that causes it on launch. And that was only for the 2016 model year according to the TSB.

Vibration coming through the steering wheel sounds like tires. You could always go to a repair shop or tire shop and see if they are willing to test drive your car so you can show them. That may give you (and them) more confidence before you throw money at the problem.

There was an old thread about loose axle carrier bolts, but I thought that was only like 2016-17.

But yes, a bang noise changes things, and I'll let the more experienced members comment on that one, as I am not sure.

Wheel out of round, tire out of balance, axle shaft issue (Think they resolved that short bolt at the flange to the diff issue by 19 didn't they?) and driveshaft. Those would be my first looks anyway.

I'm going to give one more response because I'm tired of troubleshooting people's vehicles online when it's as if they WANT more to be wrong with their car than there may be.

You said you hit a nasty pot hole. Now you don't even know.

Symptoms suddenly appeared after that.

Assuming it's a pot hole, it strongly points to a wheel or suspension issue, maybe even a control arm/bushing issue.

Best case scenario: it's tires/wheels/suspension. Worst case scenario? Transmission I guess.

Stop asking us, go in and ask a professional if you don't have the skill to investigate yourself.

no the car launched as it normally does, but like .5-1 second into it i felt a bang as if i hit a pothole but im not 100% sure if there was a pothole or not, that was just my first assumption with living in philadelphia theres a lot of potholes

And then with the slightest touch of gas, it begins shaking again. What would be your guys’ first thoughts?
Check to see of maybe one of the shock-towers under the hood aren't cracked.

I had the same issue @ 60, drove me nuts. 17 month old MRR 017s. Tire shop said I had 3 bent wheels. I ended up buying another set.

Make sure you have them check for the cord separating. Bad cord can cause some really weird issues and you can't tell sometimes unless you look inside the tire.

let's hear it for the rants!
And how about those people who report major problems then never give follow-up as to how they were resolved
