I get skip shift indicator all the time, mainly when turning at a light from a stop. I never have been locked out of 2nd or 3rd though. I just gives me a warning on the HUD/dash to shift 1-4. Is there a way stop it from being on the HUD/dash?

I plugged a SLP skip shift eliminator P/N 21008 into my 2016 1SS and it worked like a charm, but anything that works on a 2015 TREMEC TR6060 should work on a 2016.

The CAGS harness is easily accessible and completely plug and play. If you've plugged a mouse into your computer at any time in your life you can install the harness. It installs in less than a minute, and you can remove any time you want in under a minute.

You only have to go under the car because, well, it's under the car.

I ordered one from Phastek yesterday after speaking to them over the phone. They confirmed that it worked if that helps you at all.

Anyone that has already installed these on, does it also eliminate the warning message as well or just lets you shift into 2nd gear regardless?

Hopefully it doesn't show you the warning message after installing it cause that would be annoying

Yes the light stays. The harness just kills the power to the actuator that slides the pin. The car's ECM still thinks it's activating CAGS and will display it.

To disable the display you need to reprogram the ECM.
