This is my car with borla attak and a CAI. But I don't think it's loud enough what can I do to make it louder without dropping $1100 on kooks headers?

Delete the cats and remove the resonator.

The cats are the most restrictive items on our stock, exhaust set-up. Get high-flow cats or go with some long tubes if you don't mind losing your warranty. Here's my set-up. She growls and crackles pretty loud! (mods in sig):

Is your car an automatic or a manual? ... If you've got the auto, then order up a Jeg's X-pipe for $80 and replace the huge resonator. It'll be louder... a lot louder. Then start saving up your pennies for some headers and a tune. There are plenty of more affordable options than Kooks. I went Stainless Works and I like 'em.

Headers and cats from stainless power. You can find them for around $700, best bang for buck and your car will start to yell.
