Two main pieces you will need to do the blend door (temperature door).

DOOR:
This is the one that the hinge points normally break.
ACDelco# 15-51251, GM# 92215212 (GM List price is $31.90)

Found on rockauto.com for $13.46

The GM door is plastic, therein lies the main issue.

Door ACTUATOR (usually not replaced during this job all the time, but if yours is broken or damaged, or even suspect, it may be wise):
ACDelco# 15-74128, GM# 92215208 (GM List price is $182.68)

Found on rockauto.com for $75.79, aftermarket stuff for around $20.
