I’ve always thought it would be clever to do a series of 1’s and I’s or B’s and 8’s so it would be harder for the cops to read it to call it in. I later saw it a few times and it was hard to call in.

I had to hang up my BLUPRNT plate this month since it expired on my bday and I moved to Arizona. Unluckily my vanity name plate was already taken here. So my new plate will be 1OF1LE (One of One 1LE) whenever that comes.

Incredible the flexibility you guys get in other states. In IL we can't do anything. Can't intermix letters and numbers (numbers must be at end), and if you pick a non-standard IL plate, say a Bears or White Sox plate, the max is 5 letters. Can't even try to get creative, and by now everything is taken.

If you are a military aviation enthusiast, you'll get it. If not, "BRRRRT" is the described sound of the A10 Warthog's massive Gatling gun when fired. Unfortunately I had to add an extra "T" to my plate as someone else got the more common spelling. What's cool is that the car belches out a small brrrrt between WOT shifts  And as a father of two Marine infantry rifleman sons, the A10 holds a special place in the hearts and minds of the infantryman of our military.
