Question Installing fee

Hi, guys. Could you guys give me some idea about how much to installing lowering springs, exhaust system?

In my local motorsport, they will charge me $1000 for installing h&r lower springs, Magnaflow Catback exhaust system, airaid intake and programmer. Is that too much?

Please help me out.

Thank you sooooo much

Thank you Camaro5.com.

You can install the intake yourself and save some money. That price seems high though.

Spring $230
Catback $150
Intake $FREE, less than 30 mins by self, no mechanic experience and knowledge, easy job
Programmer, IDK what is that.

Don't forget to add the cost of alignment & timing the bushings, etc.

I paid like $450 for my springs installation & alignment.
Exhaust depends if it needs to be welded or altered in any way but the above estimate is not far off for that. For sure, you can do the intake yourself.

Just do exhaust by urself. Catbacks are easy. Everything is bolt on no cutting or welding.

CAI can be easily done by yourself. As was said - no mechanical experience required.
Exhaust/catbacks does require some mech. skills but also not a bid deal.
Anyway you can save at least on CAI installation.
$1K is too much. Not sure what you meant by "programmer". It that was about dyno tune then the price is fair.

I'll do all that for $200.00 and a case of beer. The springs can be done by the home mechanic also. Need a spring compressor or rent one...
