Best bang for buck tire

So I'm at just a little over 10K on the odometer and the tires will not last to 15, I'm sure. Just looking for suggestions for a set of tires that last longer without sacrificing much grip. This is currently my DD so will need to be able to drive in some cold weather, also.

Thanks in advance.

Best bang is Michelin PS4S. Buck, well, not really, suckers ain't cheap, but they rule in cold and rainy weather, and grip very well in the dry, too.

Looking at getting either a 2019....2SS/A10 or 1SS/1LE. Really wish there were more all-season/cold weather options for the 1LE.

Yeah, not really an option to drive them in the winter with the F1's on them in the Midwest. LOL I need a beater.

A/S is easy to deal with on a 1LE but you have to look outside of OE sizes and go with something sized very close. I ran a 275/35 and 285/35 F/R on my car and it was perfectly fine through the cold months.

Now, bang for the BUCK...since you put it that way, Firehawk Indy 500.

All Season/Cold Weather tires are opposite the point of the 1LE (track) package. Unless you are referring to aftermarket options, but still. Why neuter your track package car with All Seasons all year round? I would much prefer a summer set and a second winter set as the car will be much better in the long run with tires built specifically for the driving conditions.

OP: As a Michelin fan, I would also agree that the PS4S is the best available, but for the money I would say that the Continental ExtremeContact Sport is nearly as good for a lower price. Approximately $200 for the whole set cheaper. Both will handle the rain well, if that's the type of "weather" you are speaking of.

The best bang for the buck is the new Continental Extreme Sport. Just bought a set for $1137 shipped to my shop..

Supercar 3/OEM. They're dirt cheap and they work great.

For a daily driver that also gets driven in cold weather?

No, the OEMs are not good in cold or wet.

oems are terrifying in the rain. actually shocked at just how bad they are for not being that wide.
My vote is the Firestone Firehawk indy 500. gret tire, and affordable!

For all seasons go with these. 295/30R20 and 305/30R20 are the sizes that fit/work/are available.
