That sounds like a nice start to modding. I’m sure the transmission will be good now. Beat on it some before modding just to make sure the transmission is up to the task. I’ll bet it is though.

Hey Barnesbr..Im very sorry you've had such a crazy experience with the A10. Mine has been perfect so far and I'm at 14k...however i have been in for warranty work at least 6 times! Even had a tire replaced for faulty valve.
I am also in Tampa and im curious as to where you had your car? I bought from Ferman in Brandon so i use them. The one time i tried a different, closer, dealer they didnt tighten the oil seal properly after oil change and i had a leak. Anyway just curious where you went...

I have heard that sound before (maybe spelled different) but it was the bolts backing out of the flywheel on a Turbo 400. It was on a K-30, so certainly not the same vehicle in any way, but that is what I thought of when read this. The sound for me was bolts hitting the shield I believe (it was a long time ago). Probably not that easy if they couldn't see that and called in a specialist.

Stingray. I have used them before and had no issues. Their customer service is actually really good. The fiasco with my transmission was a mess from start to finish. However, ive put another 4K miles on her with the mods done and it seems fine.

That is good to hear! Im glad you are enjoying her...nothing like a quick jab on the throttle to play in performance shift mode! Stingray is nice...ive been a couple of times. They seem to understand the high performance side of GM.
