Zl1

Hey guys I am looking at 2017 zl1 with pdr, nav, carbon hood extractor, 6 spd with 16300 miles from a dealer. What do you all think is a fair price for the car? All stock no mods with service records and 1 year left on the 36 month. Thanks for your replies. Asking price is $52991

Looks good and sounds good. I’d try for 48-50k, but I’m
No expert. Just my opinion based on what your saying it is.

too much... If you are willing to travel, there are ones with less miles for less..

quick search of cargurus I found one with 4k miles for 50k, 15k miles for 45k

don't settle, do your homework, better deals to be had!

Seems a fair price to me but it wouldn’t hurt to try to haggle on the price. I say if you really like Krypton Green and the options then go for it! I bought my 2017 in March for a good price and really liked the options and really wanted white but the silver is even better now to me. One thing to consider is that ZL1 is rare due to the Krypton Green color! Go for it!!

Thanks for your all’s input. No way I was paying there asking price. They did put brand new f1 tires which I seen them put on. It was a older gentleman that traded it in and a 427 vette convertable for a Porsche.

For comparison, I paid $58k for my 2017 ZL1 brand new in March 2017. My car is equipped exactly as you describe this one.

Low production numbers on Krypton Green. Not a bad starting price.

Looks like there were 46 Krypton Green hardtop manual trans cars produced.

My 2018 VR, 6 speed, PDR, no Nav was $58k new. So, $52k for a 2 year old car is a bit high.

KBB trade in is ~$49k & $52ish private party for top condition ... so $52k asking is about right for a used car dealer.

OP: Run the VIN past a chevy service writer and ask for a full service history to verify that warranty status is clean and car had no issues. If good, then tell the seller you really wanted another color but will settle for $50

I'd go 43k some of the last few that were left in Houston sold for 53k new with pdr. m6, and sunroof.. sunroof and carbon insert should be a wash almost if going by invoice.

loyalty cash 2k
Texas Rebate and area 1k
family plan took 3500 off
then you could get dealer discount or certificates from 2k to 7k

did you look at autotrader or cargurus.. may give it a shot.

I did check with the Chevy dealer and warrenty till May 2020 and it has all services done at the chevy dealer. I offered 48 for the car so we will see. It is a well taken care of car the owner turned in all paper work for the car.

Recently traded my 17 in for an 18. Was dealing with several different dealers on some cars, in different states. No matter where I went, all of the differing dealers would only give me $48k for my trade and it only had 5300 miles. Plus mine had a sunroof, which $1k more.
I am thinking like $49-50 for that car, especially due to the millage.

Maybe it's just me, but are you sure you can live with that color? I for one could not.

It might be fun for a day at the track. The only car I like as a daily in a similar color is the GT3RS. Somehow this color just works with the Porsche IMO, also not bad on a Huracan.
