Details needed. When and what was was ordered, and have you contacted Phastek? Unless it's something they exclusively offer, like their headlight tint for example, items from these online performance shops ship directly from the manufacturer and can be on backorder even though the website says instock.

Yea I contacted phastek but no one responded to me. It’s a rotofab intake, I just didn’t realize it takes a week to find something in a warehouse. Who knew

I ordered one from RDP a few weeks ago and it was the same thing. They did return my e-mail though and said they were backordered. I then contacted Roto Fab directly and they said they had a one week turn around and sure enough after about a week it shipped. From what I've seen Roto Fabs are typically backordered.

No problem. I just took a look at Phasteks site and it does say "Estimated ship time 1-2 weeks" on all the Roto Fab products I looked at. I just placed an order for the coolant expansion tank cover. ; )

I ordered my Rotofab from Phastek in May and had zero issues. It took a couple weeks for it to be shipped because as others have said, many of these places do drop shipping from the manufacture. When did you order your products? You seem to have unrealistic expectations based on the posts you've made in this thread, especially considering the circumstances due to Covid. I can't imagine how you'd react to ordering an item that's actually made to order.

I apologize for any inconvenience regarding your orders time frame. We normally stock RotoFab kits and do usually ship many in stock items either same or next business day however with the pandemic and available man power we have needed to drop ship from RotoFab extending the time frame in which these items ship.



When we spoke over the phone this past Friday morning we provided you with a general time frame that this product falls within. I will be sure to get a more specific update regarding the estimated shipping date today!
