Try re-attempting the setup and re-pair the 2. sometimes it happens.

This happened to me; I unpaired everything, tried to re-pair, turned both off and back on. Nothing worked, then one day a couple weeks later I tried on a whim and it worked. Maybe try taking the ground off the battery for 10 minutes and turn it back on. That's the only thing I didn't try.

weird. i didn't even bother for the first four years until last month. plugged my iPhone in and it was recognized immediately. seamless. the only thing i did was click to authorize the import of my titles stored in my iTunes library. btw I'd still rather listen to the LS3. i guess the '14 interface is different.
