Help: How to disable the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Connect Chimes?

I love my 2-week old 2018 SS-1LE, but these very loud chimes every time I start the car telling me that WiFi is connected and that my phone is connected are driving me crazy. They are very loud. The annoying messages on the dash are annoying enough, but the loud chimes are nasty.

Short of disabling WiFi and Bluetooth, how can I disable the chimes, or at least make them less loud? I played with the settings, searched this forum and came empty.

Help!

P.S. I did set the chime volume on settings to zero, but that does not seem to do the trick. Not really sure what chimes that setting controls.

Same. I just kind of deal with it. But if there's a solution, I'd love to know about it. So redundant.

It would be easier to accomplish if the chimes didn’t come through the driver’s side front speaker. I don’t know a method to easily bypass that.

I've never heard any of those chimes. Guessing a notification setting on your phone?

I've seen a chime or system volume within the settings on the Infotainment screen. I can't tell you exactly where as I'm not in my car....but it's there.

haha, reminds of the time that I had the wife take the SS and follow me to a show. I was in the IROC. She said she was going out of her mind because every light my phone would reconnect via bluetooth.

Come on - anyone with a solution? I have never driven a more annoying car in terms of useless and loud chimes.
