Heres another Rapid Blue!!

Picking it up tomorrow! Weather should work out for me The dealership was kind enough to not put the front plate bracket on for me. Ill get the tow hook screw in one after winter.

Ill post another one once its in the driveway if the sun is still out!

Of course they forgot the Spring Spacers so they had to take those out lol

Sweet ride! I hope the weather is absolutely great tomorrow so you can enjoy your new baby. Your timeline is encouraging to me. Maybe I will get to pickup mine in 4 or 5 weeks.

Happy driving.

Thank you!!

I was absolutely shocked to receive the car as early as I am.. I was expecting it to arrive in April or May.

I hope they get to it and start getting everyone's cars to them asap!

Congratulations! Great that you are getting it now, but sucks that it's December in Canada. Hopefully you will get to enjoy it in the spring.

BTW I can't believe how many Rapid Blue 1LEs have been delivered in the last two years.

Thanks. Unfortunately on my way home from the dealership it started pissing Rad fluid out of the car and when i was coming to a stop the engine shut off on me.
I am hoping it is nothing serious and that since there was still fluid coming out of it when i was parked waiting for a tow that nothing got hot enough to cause any internal damage.

Gotta wait to see what the dealership says now i guess.

Oh no. Sorry to heat that. Hopefully it's just a loose or damaged coolant hose. That's easy enough to rectify. Still not something you want to have happen with a brand new car.

Keep us posted on the situation. I'm sure the dealership will be all over the issue.

That sucks. And unforgivable on a new car. Hopefully the engine shutoff was is a protecting mechanism and nothing worse. Good luck!

Thanks.

As of now the car is good to go. Dealer called me and i can pick it up after work. As far as i know now it was only a rad hose..

Engine shut off is a safety feature so it does not overheat.

i will know more when i speak with the mechanic in person. Im going to be pushing for an extended power train warranty just incase anything internal did get affected.

Ill give another update once i get it.
