Thanks man! Yeah. I could say that Vivid orange may not have been my first choice but boy am I happy. And now seeing it in person it looks so much better then I could have imagined. The satin black accents are just the perfect touch.

Yes the contrasting colors on the 1LE set it apart from other Camaros. That's one of the things I like most about my car.

It is just the trip odometer with a fancy gas pump graphic.
Is the display different on other years or trims? Or US vs. Canada? I know the 3LT, SS and ZL1 have the uplevel Driver Information Center with the bigger screen and more info.
On mine, there are all these different pages IIRC:
- Current speed
- Trip A odometer
- Trip B odometer
- Tire pressures
- Battery voltage
- Oil temperature
- Oil pressure
- Oil life monitor
- Coolant temperature
- Transmission fluid temperature
- Fuel economy and estimated range
- Best fuel economy last xx km (configurable)
- Average speed
- Best 0-60 or 0-100 or 0-whatever (configurable)
- Accelerometer
- Stop watch

There are also the pages for configuring US vs. Metric units, which pages to display, configuration for the configurable pages, and temporary messages.
I also noticed the gear indicator is white when Active Rev Match is off and yellow when Active Rev Match is on, which is pretty cool.

I agree with you. Vivid Orange was my second choice and to be honest the only reason I didn't change from Radiant Red was because of protest from my wife. Great looking car! Enjoy.

Found a dealership willing to order me a 2ss VOM with all my options for near MSRP. Im gonna give them a downpayment in May.

LOJACK is the only dealer option I told them I wouldn't get.

- is a dealer applied ceramic coating a good quality product?
- do you think black interior looks better than white with VOM?
- Do you think black rims.or the factory chrome/silver rims look better?

Unlikely. The dealership will either have their own detail shop or contract one for fast turnaround times with their new/CPO stock. You will have a much better shot at quality if you ask for no detail, no wash and take the car to a pro detailer yourself.

It does, in fact the 2018 Hot Wheels edition had a fantastic looking black interior with orange accents.

Also, the white interior has two other distinct drawbacks: first, jeans and certain new pants will leave rub marks discoloring the white pleather, which are rather difficult to remove; and second, because the infotainment panel is slightly tilted down to reduce glare, it will reflect the (unoccupied) white passenger seat all the time and you'll see jack **** from the screen on sunny days.

This is purely a matter of taste. Having tried silver, gloss black and dark graphite, my vote is for this last one, my SS 1LE wheels look the absolute best with the Camaro. Full black is a bit too dark, silver is too toylike, chrome is too retro for me. Again, this is all subjective, some love chrome, others swear on silver and yet others are fans of gloss or matte black, which is all good, we don't (and shouldn't) all like the same things.
