Son's SS had 39 miles registered. It was in QC for over 2 weeks, but still can't understand why:

The recall wasn't done
Failed to discover faulty drivers side air bag
Failed to discover faulty Instrument Cluster

All had to be repaired by the dealer. What was the QC hold and 39 miles good for?
