I installed the 1 7/8” stainless power headers hi flow cats on my 2022 LT1 with the stock NPP mufflers. The install was fairly straightforward with no major issues. With E85, CAI, headers, and tune it dyno’d 441. The cold start is quite loud but after the car warms up it sounds close to stock. Part and full throttle are delightful to the ears! The increase in power and sound/tone are worth it in my opinion.

Yep, your guy Jannetty tested ARH 1-7/8 long tubes with the ARH high flow cats early in the 6g's time, and he reported a 15~16hp gain on a couple of SS cars.

Another forum member reported his Kooks 2" long tubes with Kooks high flow cats results on an SS, it gained 21.93 hp and 16.81 lb/ft over the stock manifolds and cats.

Yet another forum member went from stock manifolds with cat deletes on his SS to the Kooks 2" long tubes with Kooks high flows, and he gained another 17.15 hp and 11.72 lb/ft OVER the stock manifold/cat deletes combination. The cat deletes with tuning had already gained 10.75 hp and 10.88 lb/ft, so you can see that the total gain on his car going from stock exhaust to long tubes was pretty good.

I can believe the sound difference would be worth it and 441 HP on a stock intake manifold, E85 and headers and a CAI is pretty good #s. My 2021 LT1 auto with out headers but with a LT2 intake, E85 and a my mod factory air box dyno'd 440.6 rwhp.

CSP headers clear the steering shaft. Here's a sound clip of closed exhaust vs open on mine. Zero drone in the car, fairly quiet really. Outside the car it screams. This is with the gen 2 gesi cats.

As far as the catalyst warmup (cold start) thing, tuning it out was discussed before on the forum. Thread here https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=523925

I just had 2" Kooks w/green cats installed. NO issues what so ever. I did however have to reinstall the stock NPP muffler as the MBRP axle back was way too loud and had a drone at 1600-1800 rpms (72-76 mph).
