Tracks that have noise limits

Is there a site out there that has a comprehensive list of all the tracks that have noise restrictions?

I have noticed through my research that these tracks for sure have noise limits:
Laguna Seca
Sonoma
Lime Rock

I was looking at Road Atlanta as one of my next big stops but I have indirectly run across 3-5 posts on this site stating that Road Atlanta does have a noise limit so I will be putting that track in the back of my queue for now.

For anyone interested, I found this site about a month and a half ago, has every track in the country in one place and every company who runs track days on it but does not have info on sound limits.

https://hpdejunkie.com/track-search/

*not sure if the above link includes bikes though in case anyone is wondering

Arizona Motorsports Park in Phoenix is the only track in AZ with a sound limit. 95dB

NCM Motorsports Park has a limit and so does Carolina Motorsports Park, but I've never seen anyone given the Meatball Flag at either.

This why I love Florida, we cannot count votes correctly, but no limits at tracks and the ability to buy amazing fireworks for the fourth of July

Palmer (Whiskey Hill) rules indicate that a dB limit exists but I can't find a number on their site. However, tonystrackdays mentions 95 dB for that track.

Thompson lists 103 dB in their General Rules, but provides room for variation with an "unless otherwise indicated" clause.

A better question might be, ”what tracks enforce noise limits?”

Road Atlanta has a quite time on Sunday mornings due to a near by church.
Other than that, I've never seen any limits and heard many very loud cars!

Your car must be loud. I've seen full on race cars, with straight pipes, howling down the front straight and never seen anyone get flagged.

NCM definitely enforces their sound limit, they had to settle with local property owner's in a court case a few years back.

Just ARH long tube headers with high flow cats into the stock muffler. Exceed it every time.

Palmer does enforce some kind of sound limit, I've seen a car get black flagged for sound. His baffle had literally fallen off the car and then he got bagged.

Thompson's limit seems to be fairly high. I've seen a Porsche that I'd consider to be quite loud on that track and he did not get flagged.
