Would you replace this tire?

So I found the following in one of my rear tires, it was in the center tread block and appears to be hollow. I almost reminds me of a lawn aerator but it left the plug in the tire. The piece of metal is 8-9/32's in length so it did push into the meat of the tire but did not pierce the other side. I know its tiny, but would you get out on the track with a tire you just removed this from?

Is it made of brass? Looks like a bullet casing from a .22 rimfire.

Just overlook the razor blade there for size comparison...don't even bother to look at it...
