At the end of every six month policy with my auto insurance, Geico sends me a check for "overpayment." Checks run from $.02 to $1.40. They go in the same pile as the flyers for 10% off car wash days, the grocery store weekly specials flyer, the local coupon envelope crap, and the politicians' proud declarations of being on MY side.
