M3 gets a lot faster if you chip it. I think a 1LE would out-handle it though..

BTW, the blade spoiler and black tails help with the rear end.

Mine was 520RWHP and it hauled ass... I just didn't trust it. With the whole crank hub debacle, I wanted out. I know I can hit my power goal reliably in the Camaro with no worries. It would cost $10-15k to do the same in the M just based on supporting mods alone.

It may not look like it, but this thing is within a half inch of the width of a Camaro.

Might be in the minority here but I actually really like the looks of the M's (especially the F80's). I do prefer the Camaro but wouldn't mind having both lol. Also Vector, that M looked amazing, nice job! And love the plate lol

It is faster then the base z06))

According to this, the zl1 must be faster, cause it is lighter... Unless it has the same aero as the z06 which makes too much downforce.
That's why I don't like the c7 z06. Hope, they will improve that after the facelift...

Top speed is more about frontal area, and aero than weight. Weight will only really affect acceleration.

My guess is the ZL1 will be slower in terms of top speed...it's gobbling up way more air in the front, and has aggressive aerodynamics. (but not as drag-inducing as the Z06 Z07 stuff)

I'm in Fairfield quite often... we should meet up for some coffee when I'm there in a couple of weeks. I also agree about sporty German car drivers, but a lot of them seem to have learned about the 6th gen

You're damn, right. I love the idea of the current SS, but it leaves way too much to be desired. I'm hoping they knock it out of the park during the redesign.

Thanks. They were super-duper light, and I sold them for what I bought them for.
