Painting on interior panels?

I'm going to be painting my car soon. Is there a way that I can remove these interior panels so I can paint them? If so, how? Thanks.

the front dash are held in with clips that can be pried off with plastic panel removal took, or carefully with a flat head screwdriver

and I believe you have to remove door panel to remove the other piece

If you go to the DIY section there are a couple threads on taking those parts off.
