Adding USB, Bluetooth, and ZL1 Steering Wheel

I have a 2010 1LT and I want to add the USB, Bluetooth, and the ZL1 steering wheel.

First, the USB: I went to the dealership last week and asked If I could add the USB, they had it for sale for $28. But they told me I would have to gather more info and go to a speaker store. Which I did, and they told me to talk to the dealership. But they don't know anything so I am asking for help here.
What do I need to do to get the USB to work with my stereo, the head unit is the stock one. I know it requires a flash from the dealership.

Second, the Bluetooth: I don't even know if this is possible, dealership said I would need to go to the speaker store for this. They don't know much.

Third, the ZL1 wheel: I don't have the voice controls, how do I add these to my car and allow them to work through the ZL1 wheel if this is possible?

Thanks everyone in advance.

Please do not tell me to search, it has already been done and I want to show this to the dealership. Thanks

I know that the USB and steering wheel are possible, but I don't think the bluetooth is...Someone else will probably chime in with more detail, but you can get the steering wheel from gen5diy.com

USB requires the PDIM module and a stereo flash. This also gives music bluetooth. It's not just the USB port for $28. I paid somewhere around a hundred bucks for the PDIM, wiring harness and USB/Aux port from a GM parts company. It was an easy install that required taking the center console out of the car. And then a half hour labor charge at a local dealership to flash the stereo, although time-wise, it took closer to three hours as the dealership had never done one of these before.

Phone bluetooth requires an Onstar module, and from what I hear, it's much more involved to install this.

Do you have all the info about what you did so I can tell them what I need? They aren't too familiar

There is a difference in the radios and/or PDIM module between the early models and the later models.

In any case, you need the PDIM module, the USB port with cable kit, and the radio needs to be flashed to use the new hardware.

The GM part number for the PDIM kit is 92213212. It includes the harness, the PDIM module, and the USB/aux port. Once it's installed, it has to be programmed with the Service Programming System, which involves updating the car's configuration to let GM know that the PDIM is installled, and then the radio is reflashed with updated software. The dealer may think that they need to update the software in the PDIM module itself, but that's not correct.

Thank you for that part number, I will have to go down to the service department on my day off! I will let them know. They made it seem like it was impossible, shows how much they know about Chevys best car!

I believe the new one would come with it, and if I did get it that cheap I would probably have them do the install!

How do you get your stereo to play music off of your ipod or iphone without being plugged in? Is that just the USB? Or do you have to get Bluetooth installed?
