It's running great. Only change I'll be making motor wise Will be larger headers. With summer coming to an end I'm hoping to get back into some body modifications, mostly the rear bumper. Hoping to find some scraps from a damaged bumper for donor parts.

I'm glad. Hopefully all your motor woes are behind you and you can get back to the rest of the project...

I'm spending some time today organizing my shop, during the process I will be cleaning out my old motor parts, I'll post a picture because it's kind of funny.

I guess it's safe to say I've had my fair share of valve train mishaps with the old motor.

Thanks, I think everything is squared away. Seems to be running flawlessly

I'm glad you like the shifter. I know what the car is to you and how you want everything.

Man I'm still debating on whether or not to get this Holley intake, I have two concerns. 1) since I already have the Holley fuel rails , can I just buy the intake by itself? 2) Will this work with the GMPP CNC ported heads.

I think I've seen them without fuel rails. The rails with this hold the injectors straight up and down not at an angle as stock.

I was concerned with fitment as my heads are milled .040 but it's a non issue. it also has bolt holes for 2 bolts per port, not staggered as stock so either will work. I think the GMPP heads are no different in mounting.

Cool! I will just shoot Holley an email just to get clarification on the fuel rails. I'm thinking of getting some new valve covers also. Just trying to order once.
