I went from 268 to 214 in the last year. Cut back mongo lunches and snacks. Also RA is a potent appetite suppressant.

Well crap! My fit bit stopped working, I had a boring morning, then my last client showed up late, let the kid play with her phone until it went dead, then could not call her ride so we had to stay late to wait for her ride to come get her (did not know the phone number so we could let her call). Sooooooooooooooo, I had to miss my exercise class. Not a good day for the weight loss!

I cut way back on carbs. This time, when I reach my goal, I have to stick with it.

Good morning crew. I did not sleep well at all last night. Traffic is already a mess in Nashville. Is it still Monday? HAGD.

I'm doing my best!
Thinking I may need to lose another 20 - 30 lbs. That would put me between 190 an 200 lbs. I'm tall and broad-shouldered.

Guess I have to make a trip to the states this summer. Cuz in SC wants me to do her total home remodel, think her home is beautiful as is, but she wants me to design. Brother developing a state-of-the-art sustainable new home somewhere in the back country, he wants my design input.
Have not gone back to the states for three years, guess I will have to make travel plans for this coming summer. Have to plan with my cat sitter service and work with her schedule. |

I had a busy day but one no show mid day & a cancellation at the end of the day allowed me to get all my notes done. Tomorrow, I will be bored. Only one client is scheduled. I have a supervision call mid day but the rest of the day will be ho hum. Not sure how long this will last but I'm not fussing. Well not much. Too busy is bad, too slow is boring. Have a good evening.

Replaced some split/cracked vacuum hoses on my Dakota last night to fix a "small evap leak" code. Had to remove the battery and a fuse box to get to them. No more check engine light. Happy Hump Day everyone.

Well I slept in a bit this morning. Seems my poor sleep the night before had caught up with me. Still managed to make it to work on time. I already saw my one client for the day so now begins the boring part. I called a local place to see about getting my springs installed. I had called htem a few months ago & no one ever called me back so I had given up on them & started looking for another place but no luck so I wanted to give them another chance. I am now looking at getting the Throttle controller everone is raving about. Initially my favorite advisor on my mods, was not thrilled with hte idea of a throttle controller but after nothing but rave reviews on this one, has changed his mind. Seems to be an easy install so this might be my next thing. Have a good hump day!

If so, it speeds up the rate at which the throttle plate opens, giving somewhat livelier response (and a sensation of having more power only because you get further into the throttle a little sooner, not because it really makes any more). It will be your friend on dry pavement, something that will demand smoother right foot inputs in the wet, and probably your enemy on snow or ice. Definitely a straight liner's mod (no flame intended). http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showpo...9&postcount=19 Happy hump day, gang. For me this week it's being able to see the light at the end of the tunnel for some long-running estate business - got to go put my executor's hat on. Norm |
