The EPA changes their testing in small ways all the time just to F with the manufacturers. In the real world, the 10 speed is likely to be an improvement.
That said, they may have been hit by the 19's front ends being more optimized for airflow to the cooling system than before. |

Well it’s the right color. A little matte black on (or plug for) that bowtie, some rockers and an A10 and we might just have the makings of a halfway decent car...
