I went with nitto motivo on my v6 and after abiut 12,000 miles they still look new.. a lot quieter then stock and feel great. Not sure what the SS guys are switching to.

I've got 25K on the originals except for one rear that got a cut in the sidewall. The others are not quite down to 2/32" yet but I may opt for new tires before driving to CamaroFest next month. Looking at the Continental DWS06.

If your tread depth is less than 4/32, driving in the rain might get sporty

Be careful.

I love the convenience and the performance of the run flats. Will keep buying them.

original run flats i drove for ever 15K before going to a set of Toyo R888R. The difference was day and night, as you know the Toyo is a much much softer tire. I have a couple thousand on them and they are just starting to give up...

I like the General AS-05 or the BFG Comp2 A/S.

I got about 10k off the stick tires, they’re bad.

Managed about 11-12k on the stock GY's. And they were getting slippery at that point. All I had left was grooves showing in the rear, and almost down to the same in the front, without a single burnout on them. Swapped in some Hankook Ventus V12's on new wheels.

Now at 13k. I got the car used at 7K.

5/32 left approx. So another 3000 miles. Below 4/32 might be a bit hairy in the rain.

I've got 25000 on the original tires and just passed Virginia yearly state inspection in April. I keep to speed limits, so I guess you can say I drive like a granny.

I've got 12k, and I'm at 4/32 front and 5/32 rear ... the car is now starting to slide a little on spirited turn ins on the street. I'm not sure what tire to get next. PS4 seems high on the list, but can get a set of AS3's for $800 on closeout on TireRack. Also, I see the new AS5's are coming out soon and have great preliminary reviews.

I wanted to add, I finally did get new tires a few months ago but I ended up going for the Ohtsu FP8000 tires. Night and day difference over the Goodyears. At first they were a bit noisy but they seem to have piped down a bit. I can drive almost normally in heavy downpour rain and no going sideways when pulling out of a intersection or random loss of traction while going 45 MPH.

I don't know how they compare to the other brands, but for the price they do very well.

Not sure how they work on the track but I've heard good things about them.

Stretched mine to about 23k miles, city, highway, ocaissional spinning tires. I replaced mine with Cooper RS3, rides smoother, grips a lot better, handlng appears about the same.

I got almost 24k out of mine. still had tread left, but wet traction was scary. no burnouts, occasional spirited corner, but nothing pushing the limits.
