I view my Camaro as a muscle car and weekend warrior. Over time I want to transform the engine, drive-line, and suspension into a streetable perfomance machine.
Even though my Camaro is comepletely stock at the moment, I've just recently started taking it to the track and have enjoyed the experience immensely. My times aren't good yet, but It's been over 30 years since I've made passes at the dragstrip, and forgot just how fun it is. It's great to have a modern car that has great stying and performance straight from the factory. Drags or autocross on the some weekends -- road trips using satellite navigation, satellite radio, and cruise control on other weekends.

I love my recently purchased SS. I had a 2008 BMW 135i that was a real attention getter. but I must say that my Bumblebee SS easily gets five times more attention. I've got people whipping out their cell phone cameras at red lights taking pictures of my car.
this is definitely a first for me.

Not here yet but mine will be very close to stock when I am "done" with it. Everything with the exception of the changed halo's will be reversible to stock and I will retain all the original parts. The engine in the SS is more than I need so I see reason to change the performance, everything with the exception of the muffler delete and the CAI will be pretty much cosmetic. Changed lights from bumper to bumber (thanks AAC for making so many awesome products) different hood, spoiler, and front fenders. So in short I'll see my Camaro as an "updated original"

I don't give a rats fingle about the look at me thing. I could care less about "being noticed". My other car is an Aveo if that is any indication. I bought it cuz I absolutely love the looks of it and actually prefer its look to any car built to date. I was so glad to find out its not the camaro rattletrap of previous gens.
