How many Amps are on the built-in USB ports
Does anyone know? Do we get at least 1A out of them? 2A would be awesome, but highly unlikely ...
Thank you

Regular USB Ports are 500mA. USB Charging ports can go up to 1.2A

USB charging ports can actually go over 2A.
I need minimum 1A out of the USB, I need to charge a power hungry device, but I don't know where to find out the info on the built in ports. The power plug is placed right were it shouldn't be placed, it would look very ugly to have a charger plus a cable sticking out of there.

Hello together,
I now have an issue with a 3rd party wireless charger. At home at 2Amps its working perfectly. It charges my phone with 700-800mA according to the battery app. Inside my Camaro I connected the wireless charger to one of the USB ports. I kept the wireless charger and my phone in my hand and pushed them together. My phone starts charging and stops within 5 seconds. I tried again and again and again... It stops fast so I even can't read the charging current of the battery app. Therefore I'm wondering myself it the output current of the USB ports is the reason for this. Can someone help please? Thanks. Update: found the answer: https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showt...t=500ma&page=6 I also could solve my problem by replacing the USB wire. Everything fine now Last edited by SOFO; 07-20-2021 at 03:54 PM. Reason: Update |

Hmm, I am surprised by the fact that it pumps out 1.5A . My wireless charger is not working though it needs only 1A minumum. Very strange.
