No Lift Shift

Any particular setting for NLS? Or do I just keep the throttle mashed and shift?

You’ll need the clutch too.

It is automatic. There is no settings you need to change. Just keep the throttle down and shift like normal. The computer will sense what is going on and hold the rpms for you.

This!

loud pedal to the floor, stab the clutch, shift quickly...rev lim should save you if you miss the shift.?? ??? not sure about that.....not so in the old days...if you missed you lifted...ok if you were not gassed or super charged.....If so that could be a problem..

As said hold it to the floor, good luck if you're a long time manual pilot, you'll get to know the rev limiter until you can wrap your head around not letting off the gas during a shift.

That was hard for me at the beginning. I just had the trust the process. Highway passing from 3rd to
4th is awesome.

There are some caveats to the NLS feature in the thread mentioned above. Car has to be warmed up and you have to be over 5k rpms. You'll hear it if it's working and it won't bounce off the rev-limiter. Pretty awesome feature for us M6 guys.
