Humming Noise When in Reverse?

I'm hearing humming noises when I'm in reverse and at times in drive. I have a 2016 2SS and have gotten the Fluid Flush a couple weeks ago. I'm at about 40,800 miles and I think the old transmission fluid from my previous owner might have damaged the TC. My question is does the Torque Converter have to do anything with the humming/vibration-y noise whenever I'm in reverse and drive?
