I just looked at an '18 2SS 1LE and it has the red tail lights. When did the black tail lights become standard on SS 1LEs or am I misreading your statement?

What I hated about the 18's was that stupid folds in the bumper underneath the tail lights.
The newer big fold is not super everything is better then the old ones.
So those are gone now so I'm happy and will get one, black on black with white tail lights, do still hate the rims tho I hope this time they give you the option of exchanging them.
BC it's imo a bad combo all black with grey rims … blehhhh
And I also hope I can still get another spoiler at the back but that will be hard with the camera in there now ...choices choices choices.

Everyone hated the mid refresh on the 14-15 ZL1, I loved it, and still think it looks better than the 12-13 taillights. Discontinued Yellow color (only color I have owned for 30+ years) and, is the camera really in the spoiler?? I cant tell but I sure hope not, because that means taking it off will require WAY more technical foresight if you wanted to swap it out for a different one, say like on the 1LE (which I plan on doing).

That's cool and i understand it will still have customers for it. Just not feeling it personally more because the front they left the DRL's the same as current. I like the ZL1 grille but why not at least incorporate the LED and DRL's like the rest of the 19' refresh. They basically did the rear which im not a fan of but passable to me as a refreshed design by a very small bit. I'm not going to sit here and bash the ZL1 because its a bad ass car regardless what refresh they did to the outside...

I have yet to see the new rear end in person. But nothing could be worse than the 2014 refresh.
