For the most part, I have no issues with the call clarity on either end when using Bluetooth. However, there have been two occasions (I initiated both calls) where it sounded like a voice changer was being used. On both ends, the audio sounded as if you were playing a recording at a reduced speed. I hung up and immediately called them back and the calls were crystal clear. Has anyone else experienced this?

So is this something they can do anything about? Everyone says mine is absolutely horrid. On my Mustang it was crystal clear. Can they replace the mic or anything?
