SS badge

[Aqua Blue RS/SS]

Can anyone identify this SS badge? It’s about 7.5 inches long and made of thin stainless steel. It’s flexible and bends pretty easily. I can’t seem to find any online. They were on the sides of the raised portion on my hood. Hopefully you can see them on my car. Long story but I need to replace them because some ass hat cleared over my vinyl stripes with the emblems in place and upon removing them you can imagine what I found.

I have a FREE set of these, but they are solid mirrored stainless steel in good shape, and not outlined like those. Got them a few years ago, took them off because I installed a copo hood with cowl induction lettering. They are the same size as what you have there..

Could you post up a picture? I’m definitely interested! I decided to rid my car of these and the first gen badges below the camaro letters on the fenders. Both installed by a p.o. I’ve never been crazy about either especially since the SS badges were upside down. It is what it is I guess. I don’t really want to spend the money on fixing the clear/stripes at this point in time so if I can cover it back up that will work for now.
Here’s a pic of the aftermath. I was thinking about trying to wet sand/buff the clear some to level it all out but I don’t want to mess the vinyl up.

Thanks sir, I appreciate that. I was looking at the "after marks" in the pic you posted and I'm not sure my emblems will cover that, but it will be close, you will just need to get some thin 2 sided tape to put back on them, but I will send them to you, free, don't worry about the shipping, shouldn't be too much to mail them to you. Heck I sent bigger stuff to folks before in the "pay it forward" section, and I don't mind, makes me feel good if someone needs what I have.
