2020 CF Bezel Trim?

I watched Lethal Camaro's Youtube video about the 2020 Camaros, and he mentioned in passing that one of the 2020's will have a carbon fiber instrument trim bezel. That sounds like a tasty bit I might like to put in my 2018.

If true, I might have to order one of these from Chevrolet when they become available. I'll put this on my calendar.

It's the same piece that is available on the ZL1. It's part of the Shock and Steel special edition packages for 2020. Free flow option on all ZL1s.

The article I read indicated that it is a piece that goes around the instrument panel. They talk about it being in conjunction with the carbon piece pictured above. I'll see if I can dig it up

It's the same option code as the piece in the ZL1(3DL). Article was wrong.

I think I'll reserve judgement before calling it false until we see more. They may do more for the ZL1.
