2020+ A10 aftermarket converter.

I was about to pull the trigger on a new A10, but just realized from reading the TCM (T93) cannot be unlocked. At least right now and it doesn’t look good from what I’ve read.

My plan was a N/A build with a stg 2-3 cam and 3800-4000 ish converter, would this still work without a TCM crack? Are shift points in the ECM or TCM? I’m not up to speed on tuning so sorry for the dumb questions... but if an aftermarket converter is not possible in the later models I’ll be looking for a 2019 and just convert the front end to a 2020+.

Ideally you will need to tune the TCM for the converter swap. I wonder if anybody has purchased a T87a and tried swapping it?
