I'm confused about the electronic controls on this car
I have read the manual several times, and I still have no real understanding of all the performance nannies on this car.
There is Traction Control, Performance Traction Management, Stability Control, as well as eLSD on the differential. I don't understand the difference. I suppose that in Sport mode, they are all active. But once you select Track mode, you can turn Traction control off with one push of the button in front of the mode selector switch, or turn more stuff off with 2 quick stabs of the button. What happens if you select Track mode, but don't push the other button? What are all these things, and when should I turn them off, or leave them on? Thanks. Mark R. Steering wheel left control > settings > scroll down to pages > turn on all pages. Exit setup. Then go to the performance section and it will be there.

It's very helpful. Almost too helpful. The car is smart for sure. but I hate saying that it's almost too smart, and a bit intimidating to get the settings right and find what works. Too much nanny isn't good in my opinion. In this case there are a lot of nanny's in the daycare. |
