Weapon X vs Interchiller Chiller

I am still on the fence if worth the cost plus labor cost, and if i do pull the trigger, what is different between the two? I see some chose the Weapon X and some Interchiller. Curious to those that bought one, why did u go with the brand you did vs the other?

We've done a Weapon X chiller kit and it was amazing. The product was very high quality and easy to install with everything being plug and play. No crazy wiring or line splicing was required. The kit works flawless and even on hot days the coolant temps get down to under 40 degrees keeping the intake temps under 100 without issue. On the dyno the car put down 5 repeated pulls all within 3-4HP of each other in under an hour. On an LT4 that is a miracle.

I have an interchiller sitting here in a box. The reason I went interchiller is the heat exchanger looks to be way bigger. My thoughts are bigger exchanger = cooler fluid temps.

If anyone has a weapon x unit to measure it would be nice to get actual measurements of the 2 units.

Never heard of Killer Chiller. I have heard the Weapon X is plug and play, wonder if the others are too?

I have a killer chiller that is coming off my 16.the meth takes care of the temp for me. I'll sell the whole system to you. It's been on the car for about a year and works good. Maybe 3 or 4 hundred dollars?

Was talking to Dave from Active chiller, he spent about 30 min on the phone to go over the entire process, he mentioned his website is not up to date but he has a plug and play system for the 6th gen camaro starting around 1300 for without hx bypass and 1400-1450 for with hx bypass with a competition mode to turn off the cabin a/c.

Going to pickup one of his kits for a customer’s car I am working on

From talking to Dave he was the inventor of the competition mode and some other innovative features and told me he helped the guy from FI Interchiller when they first started and been in the hvac business for over 30 yrs

That looks like a nice kit. It appears to be the same size heat exchanger as the fi interchiller I have but with all pre made hoses.
