I got my 2018 2SS 1LE for $47K (Before TTL) 6 mths ago, while I am sure the prices on left over 2018's are probably a little better than that, I doubt you will find them for $42K even excluding tax, title, license fees.

You might be able to do $45K for a motivated dealer, but I doubt you will see anything much below that.

I have been watching some '18 1LE V6 models and they have dropped in price but I am sure that is with all of these incentives that nobody on earth qualifies for. I saw one for $25k and called and they said out the door price was $31k so I told them forget it. I have seen some decent prices on the '19 V6 1LE models around me as well but im in no hurry to have a car payment.

I paid 40.4k before TTL on my 18 1SS 1LE, no PDR. Bought last April when there were no incentives.

I bought my 2018 1SS 1LE with PDR (msrp 46,460) on 12/1/18 for 40k + TTL using the employee pricing promotion on 18 SS models (-3500) Costco discount (-500) and another (-1500) in rebates.. Took a little back and forth after that get me to 40k.

I have seen a few recently advertised around 39k but the advertised pricing includes the conquest mustang rebate of $2000 that only works if you own a Mustang.

39K TTL

I offered and the dealership wanted to play games. After I left they called back agreeing to my offer.

Their website had it listed for 37.5 or 35.5 after applying the 2x1K GM rebates currently in effect, but they gave me a big song and dance about how that was with all the other rebates which was clearly nonsense because one person couldn't possibly be a recent grad AND a fireman AND a retired military member AND a GM employee etc.

Hours later I got a quote for 40.6+TTL for a 2019 from a different dealership and that struck me as a better deal, considering.

I paid 38K for my 2SS here in South Carolina, had 5k miles on it. Traded my 2.0 in for it and ended up final sale price of 34K.

I’m still looking. The cars I’m seeing are either too expensive or too far away from me.
